Step #2

  • Upon approval you start your dream home search anywhere in Texas with your assigned Realtor. Eligible Property Types – 1-2 Units, PUD, Townhome, Attached, Detached, Modular, Manufactured, Condos (FHA Approved)

Step #3

  • After house is selected, contract submitted after negotiation and agreement finalize the home inspections phase occurs. Inspection repairs are negotiated (if any) and you decided to continue forward towards closing or terminate contract agreement.  

Step #4

  • Closing will occur at Title Company within 35 days of executed contract agreement and receive your keys.
